Dairy-Free Dining - Epcot's International Food & Wine Festival 2019

*NOTE: This isn't all the dairy-free options, these are just the ones I happen to inquire about or stumble upon. I will hopefully be adding to this post the more I visit.


ACTIVE EATS

  • Spice-crusted Verlasso Salmon with Uncle Ben;s Quinoa & Ancient Grains Medley, Crushed Avocado and Sherry Vinegar. (GF)

*Last year the avocado contained dairy but needs no modification this year HOWEVER, I would double check when you order as things are always changing.

  • Fruit and Nut Energy Snack: House-made mixture of Apricots, Almonds, Pecans, Coconut, Puffed Rice and Chocolate Chips. (GF)(VEGAN)

AFRICA

  • Spicy Kenyan Vegan Githeri with White Beans, Pigeon Peas, Curry Rice Pilaf and Kachumbari Slaw (VEGAN)


COASTAL EATS

  • Pacifico True Striped Bass Tostada with Slaw and Fire-roasted Tomatillo Sauce


  • The IMPOSSIBLE Burger Slider with Wasabi Cream and spicy Asian Slaw on a Sesame Seed Bun (VEGAN)


  • IMPOSSIBLE Cottage Pie: IMPOSSIBLE Ground Meat with Carrots, Mushrooms, and Peas topped with Mashed Cauliflower, White Beans and Mozzarella (VEGAN)


HAWAII

  • Teriyaki-glazed SPAM Hash with Potatoes, Peppers, Onions and spicy Mayonnaise *Omit spicy Mayonnaise

INDIA

  • Madras Red Curry with Roasted Cauliflower, Baby Carrots, Chickpeas and Uncle Ben's Basamti Rice (GF) (VEGAN)

ISLAND OF THE CARIBBEAN

  • Jerk-spiced Chicken with Roasted Sweet Plantain Salad and Mango Chutney Yogurt (GF) *Omit Mango Chutney Yogurt

JAPAN

  • Spicy Roll: Tuna & Salmon Sushi topped with Volcano Sauce *Omit Volcano Sauce

MEXICO

  • Taco de Puerco: Shredded Pork Belly on a Corn Tortilla with Salsa Verde

  • Tostada de Carne: Braised Beef on a Corn Tostada with Mole Oaxaqueno and Chicharron Dust

MOROCCO

  • Spicy Hummus Fries with Cucumber, Tomatoes, Onions, Tzatziki and Chipotle Sauce. *Ask for them completely plain, NO TOPPINGS.

REFRESHMENT PORT

  • DOLE WHIP (VEGAN)

  • DOLE WHIP Pineapple Soft-serve with Barcardi Coconut Rum (VEGAN)

SHIMMERING SIPS MIMOSA BAR

  • Banana Almond Soft-serve Sundae made with Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Fresh Berries and Chocolate Almond Streusel. *Omit Chocolate Almond Streusel

SPAIN

  • Seafood Salad with Shrimp, Bay Scallops, Mussels, EVOO, White Balsamic Vinegar and Smoked Paprika (GF)
